Just a quick update to let you all know that over my last three work days I was able to hammer out 560 kettlebell snatches. My new total is 2440 and I plan on getting that down to 2000 before tomorrow. Stick with me and we’ll get it done.

I knocked off 400 kettlebell snatches today doing sets of 30 reps, followed by sets of 15, and finishing with sets of 10. I started off by doing 30R, resting for 30 minutes, then doing 30L, resting, etc., up until the 180 mark. At that point my hands were really getting to the point where…

Today I practiced snatches by using Pavel’s Grease The Groove principal. Using my 16 kg kettlebell, I did sets of 40 kettlebell snatches throughout the day.
