Kettlebell Challenge Preparation – Thanksgiving Edition

Kettlebell Challenge Workouts
After working Monday night/Tuesday morning, I completed a long cycle-focused workout consisting of the following, which I named the “DKC”:

December Kettlebell Challenge – 12/06/08

Did a test workout for the December Kettlebell Challenge (http://tinyurl.com/5fwhyl). 
I used my 20 kg kettlebell and got 170 snatches and 50 long cycle clean and jerks.

Wakeup Workout – WKC Kettlebell Fitness
