WKC Kettlebell Fitness – 52 Minutes of Fun

O.K., maybe fun is a bit of a stretch.  But it was nice to have the 2-minute rest periods in between the 4 minutes of work.

Kettlebell Fitness Program – Weekly Progression

I’ve been steadily moving up the levels of the WKC Kettlebell Fitness Program.  This week I finished level 7 and today went to level 8.
