The Ultimate Kettlebell Variety Day Workout!!!

Following Pavel’s recommendation in Enter The Kettlebell, I practiced my variety today (Instead of yesterday).
After my usual 10 minute warm-up of wall squats/halos (16kg)/pumps and 250 reps of rope jumping, I began my practice:
32 KG Loaded Cleans
5 R / 5 L
alternate with:
28 KG Turkish Get-up
1 R / 1 L
