VWC baseline – 15 reps max cadence (I just ordered the Viking Warrior Conditioning book. Time to ramp things up. No Winter weight gain for me!)

I passed the Dragondoor HKC certification!

Pavel taught us the finer points of the Goblet Squat, the Turkish Get-up and the Kettlebell Swing. And through our Team Leaders, we learned the exacting standards that Dragondoor requires in order to be able to teach these moves under the HKC/Dragondoor name.

The Dragondoor Hardstyle Kettlebell Certification

I just signed up.  September 26th in Minneapolis/St. Paul.  Now to get ready.  Back to ETK. Monday’s workout – clean and press ladders with the 28 kg kettlebell and pull-up ladders. 9 minutes of snatches with the 16 kg kettlebell for 175 reps (comfortable pace). I’ll have a more detailed post later, now it’s time…
