I know the feeling. I woke up to some pretty sore forearms today. I just might take today off from training!
Well I managed to switch hosts from 1&1 to Hostgator (although I’m not completely sure if it’s actually done yet, but now I need to upgrade this version of wordpress and I’m about three releases behind with my theme (Thesis theme). This stuff is confounding!
Oh, I know the feeling as well. I’m currently at level 13 with the 16kg bell and it really leaves the forearms pretty fried. Good work!

Yeah, the shorter rest periods really smoked ‘em. My endurance was fine. No issues with breathing or anything. But I got to the point that I was going to drop the bell and had to stop briefly and put the bell down. I think level 15 and 16 will take me a little longer than I anticipated.
