Girevoy Sport – Workout Away From Home

I’m on a work-related trip in beautiful San Luis Obispo.  I brought one of my 12 kg kettlebells with me to get a workout in, but kept it light in order to take it easy on my hands.

I did the level 20 Long Islander, and powered through it pretty handily (pun intended) with the lighter weight.  The 30 second rest periods make it a quick one and gets your heart rate up as well.

I’m hoping to try level 17 again Friday or Saturday with my 16 kg and a band-aid or two.
