5000 Rep Kettlebell Snatch Challenge – GTG!

Today I practiced snatches by using Pavel’s Grease The Groove principal.  Using my 16 kg kettlebell, I did sets of 40 kettlebell snatches throughout the day.  Anywhere from every 30 minutes, to every 15 minutes.  I even did a couple sets of 100 and waited an hour between sets. 

Overall I completed 500 snatches for the day and have whittled my 5000 snatch total down to 3700.  I’m going to try to start a bit earlier tomorrow and see if I can knock it down to 3000 (I have to make up some ground here).
