I’ve been steadily moving up the levels of the WKC Kettlebell Fitness Program. This week I finished level 7 and today went to level 8.
That’s 1:30 sets with 30 seconds rest after right and left sides. With a 30 second decrease in rest periods (from 1:00 to :30), my heart rate was really up for the duration of the workout. However, I was still able to meet my max reps with a few seconds to spare.
I’ll do one more level 8 workout before heading up to level 9.
