  1. OMG-I found this the other day and it took everything in me not to post on the DD forum. This guy is ridiculous. The part about athletes needing to be selective b/c of shorts amount of time is so stupid. The benefits of KBs are so much greater than other isolated movements that I don’t know how he can’t recommend them. I understand, is any one thing the holy grail? No, not necessarily. But this guy makes it seem like KB training isn’t worth the time at all when in reality it could greatly benefit his athletes. Whatever. I’ve witnessed first hand what they can do and I’ll stay with them rather than regular DB anyday.
