Our Enter the Kettlebell journey continued into the second week of the Rite of Passage workouts.
This week we keep our “rungs” at three, but do four ladders.
We’ve also upped our reps on inverted rows to five for every set.
My wife discovered that unless you focus while doing presses, kettlebells have a tendency to take their own path in their upward climb. No injuries but an honest observation and learning point.
For our snatches, we did ten right followed by ten left with one minute of rest between sets, for a total of seven minutes and seventy snatches.
I’ll be continuing my Viking Warrior Conditioning experiment this week, with a planned twenty-eight set workout.
