Yesterday was my oldest son’s 18th birthday, so I substituted the following workout for my usual fitness workout:
Double KB Jerk (16 kg): 3 sets, 3 minutes each, 6 reps per minute. Rest 2 minutes between sets.
One-Arm Jerk (32 kg): 5 reps right, 5 reps left.
Quick stretch and done.
