I woke up a little after 2:00 p.m. and decided to do a quick workout before heading back in. I really enjoy the 300 swing workout we’ve been doing, so I hit it again with a strict 1’30″ rest between sets.
After 3 warm-up circuits, I grabbed my 24kg kettlebell and got to it.
As a reminder, the sets look like this:
- 10 R, 10 L, 10 alternating R and L
- Rest 1’30″
- 10 R, 10 L, 20 alternating R and L
- Rest 1’30″
- 10 R, 10 L, 30 alternating R and L
- Rest 1’30″
- 10 R, 10 L, 40 alternating R and L
- Rest 1’30″
- 10 R, 10 L, 30 alternating R and L
- Rest 1’30″
- 10 R, 10 L, 20 alternating R and L
- Rest 1’30″
- 10 R, 10 L, 10 alternating R and L
Finish with 20 Janda sit-ups and stretching for my hamstrings and lower back. All told, 35 minutes.
