Swinging Your Way Out Of Confusion With Kettlebells

Yesterday was a busy day here, and we had only a half hour to get our workout in.  After doing our EDT workout on Monday and upping our weight and reps (Total weight up from 8500 lbs. to 10574 lbs.), we needed a quick workout that would get our blood moving. I was kind of stumped for something new until I smacked myself in the forehead and realized that I should just stick with the basics. Keep it simple, stupid!

I decided to revert back to our 300 rep swing workout (click here: http://www.ironbellathletics.com/?p=110)

The only changes were that I was using my 24 kg kettlebell and our rest periods were for one minute.  Further, as a finisher, we did Turkish Get-ups.  Again, I used my 24 kg while Val used her 12 kg.  I did five reps each side while Val did 3.  I finished with 20 Janda sit-ups and stretching.

Total time was a bit under 40 minutes.
