Post Labor Day Kettlebell Workouts

Anthony has put together a solid workout with a mix of single and double kettlebell drills along with some bodyweight stuff that gets your heart pumping and your muscles sore. At least this 45-year-old body.

Weekly Training Log – 04/13-04/15/09

I have come to the conclusion that my knees are too messed up for me to be doing weighted squats of any kind anymore. I’ve had 2 surgeries on my left knee, and my right knee continues to have tracking issues and so forth. It’s not worth it to me to continue this abuse, so I will stick to Hindu squats from now on. I have no desire to lose my job over bad knees at this stage in my life and Hindus cause no issues whatsoever.
