The Dragondoor Hardstyle Kettlebell Certification

I just signed up.  September 26th in Minneapolis/St. Paul.  Now to get ready.  Back to ETK.

Monday’s workout – clean and press ladders with the 28 kg kettlebell and pull-up ladders.

9 minutes of snatches with the 16 kg kettlebell for 175 reps (comfortable pace).

I’ll have a more detailed post later, now it’s time for bed.
