The Ultimate Kettlebell Variety Day Workout!!!

Following Pavel’s recommendation in Enter The Kettlebell, I practiced my variety today (Instead of yesterday).

After my usual 10 minute warm-up of wall squats/halos (16kg)/pumps and 250 reps of rope jumping, I began my practice:

32 KG Loaded Cleans

5 R / 5 L

alternate with:

28 KG Turkish Get-up

1 R / 1 L

5 sets of both. Then-

32 KG Swings

10 R / 10 L

alternate with:

32 KG Snatch

5 R / 5 L

3 sets of both.

The snatch was a bit of a bear as I don’t regularly snatch that heavy.  Here’s a short video of my third set.
